I’d recommend the Gamechanger Leadership Experience to others because this is a very rapid approach to gaining key self-awareness while transforming beliefs and behaviors to more effectively achieve our most important goals and desires. I had been planning to attend the Gamechanger event for about a year. Two days before the event my father passed away. The next morning (the day before the event) I messaged Devon to get his thoughts on if I should still come or not as I didn't want to be a distraction in my current "state". He told me he supported my choice either way, that I could never cry too much (one of my fears), and if I did decide to come that he would have my back.

I felt a strong soul nudge to still attend so off to Los Angeles I went and man, did Devon have my back - sometimes literally holding me while I wept, suggesting small modifications to assignments to meet me exactly where I was in my grief, and encouraging me to share my story with the group as I felt ready. I was so incredibly held and supported not just by Devon but by the entire group - a culture he so clearly creates in his work at these events. It was truly like salve for a wounded heart.

I've been to a lot of conferences, workshops, and the like but I've never seen someone be able to meet 35 people with 35 circumstances exactly where each is and help us learn from each other by seeing ourselves in each's stories and struggles. Devon's facilitation skills are unmatched.

If you show up open, you will have a breakthrough. Mine was seeing that I could be sad but still CHOOSE who I am being and how I am showing up as I navigate my grief and all of the logistics of my father's passing in the "next of kin" role. I left Los Angeles ready to face the reality that my father wasn't coming back and to start to set a course for how to best love and honor my dad as I move forward.

If you have any sort of soul prompting to attend, do yourself a favor and say yes! You won't regret it.

I traveled to New York this Fall to participate in Devon’s Gamechanger Experience. It was transformational. Entering the event, I was nervous, not knowing exactly what to expect.
